Guide → token → approved tools
  1. Read the guide

Give your connector the public documentation and the right role-specific OpenAPI file.

  2. Create a named token

In Settings → Mira token, create a token with an expiry. Store it in your connector’s secret store, never in a chat.

  3. Choose what it may do

Verify identity first. Allow only the tools you need and approve changes, sharing, and cancellations before they run.

Same account. Same boundaries. Human approval for sensitive actions. Works with compatible HTTP/OpenAPI connectors—not every chat app by itself. No certified third-party integration is claimed. Agent tokens cannot manage credentials or staff access.

Who is Mira for?

Mira is for counselors and practices that want appointments, notes, and follow-ups in one workspace. Admins, counselors, receptionists, supervisors, and clients each have a different level of access.

How do I get an account?

Choose Create your practice to verify your email and open your own isolated workspace as its owner and counselor. No existing administrator is needed. Staff joining an existing practice need an invitation from its owner, and clients activate a private invitation from their counselor. Existing accounts use Sign in.

Can clients read my session notes?

No. Private counselor notes are not shared with client accounts. Clients see their own appointments and the tasks, messages, and documents explicitly shared with them.

Can I connect any AI agent?

An agent needs HTTP or OpenAPI tools and a secure place to store credentials. Compatible connectors can use the published API within your role’s permissions. A chat model without tools cannot call Mira. Native desktop capture and account administration are not agent-token workflows.

Does Mira automatically record or write AI notes?

No. Supported desktop recording requires participant consent. Transcription and AI need configured providers and processing consent. AI drafts must be reviewed by a person. The browser does not record system audio.

Does Mira take payments?

No. Consultation prices are informational. Mira does not collect payments, issue invoices, or handle refunds.

Is Mira certified for clinical compliance?

No. Mira is an MVP, not a HIPAA or GDPR certification. Review privacy, consent, retention, security, and vendor requirements before using real clinical data. Use synthetic data while evaluating. A typed PDF acknowledgment is not a certificate-based digital signature.

Are the videos available in Chinese?

The page is in English and Simplified Chinese. The videos have English audio and captions within the picture. No extra caption track is enabled.
